As a Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the right solutions to overcome our clients challenges.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way, often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events and trade shows. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales in ITAM, FinOps or GreenOps. Purpose & Responsibilities
This role has these main areas of responsibility and accountability, defined as:
- Identify solutions for clients / prospective clients to meet client requirements and overcome their challenges
- Provide solution proposals around ITAM, FinOps and GreenOps
- Manage new and existing relationships with key customers to expand the business
- Follow up on incoming leads, schedule and present in remote or onsite meetings
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in the establishment of departmental strategies, goals, targets and delivery
- Align with appropriate delivery teams to ensure solution is commercially viable for both client and Synyega
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Manage forecast and client engagement in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Generate, contribute, track and manage new sales and account plan information
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota across professional and managed services
Role Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years sales experience
- Academic level of Degree or equivalent preferred
- Have relevant ITAM/SAM, FinOps and GreenOps experience, understanding and ideally certifications
- Experience in public sector preferred
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative?and?analytical. You see around corners; proactively troubleshoot, solve problems and make informed, data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Strict attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
- Background includes consulting experience
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills
- Solid negotiation and solution selling abilities
