Sue, a founding member of Synyega, is a key figure ensuring our projects and technical expertise thrive by managing the administrative and personnel aspects. With more than a decade of experience in overseeing complex systems and expanding teams, she remains indispensable to operations.

Having built a successful ITAM business which was sold in 2017, Phil has since worked with entrepreneurs in expanding their business and guiding them to sustained growth and profitability. Joining Synyega in 2022, Phil is now Head of Corporate - we have seen sustained year on year growth, with exceptional expansion of the business and we look forward to building on this solid foundation.
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen has been a leading voice in Technology Value Management and cloud for a decade. An avid open learner, he hosts the “What’s New in Cloud FinOps” and “Faces of FinOps” podcasts, has shared the FinOps annual tooling guide and GreenOps Framework with the community and holds all FinOps certifications.
With hands-on experience managing $500M+ in annual cloud spend, he has led large-scale transformations, delivered tens of millions in savings, and built a global team of FinOps experts. Stephen actively shapes industry best practices, contributing to the FinOps Foundation. More recently Stephen has become a leading expert in FinOps for AI and AI for FinOps overseeing our own AI journey.

Head of ITAM at Synyega, Holly leads the ITAM delivery team and ensures that our day to day and month to month outputs delivered to clients are of the highest standard possible. Constantly innovating and looking for ways to improve, for Holly standing still is going backwards.

Andy our Head of Sales, is a prominent figure in the ITAM industry with over a decade of diverse expertise across various disciplines and organizations. His extensive experience, which spans the UK, EU, and beyond, and his focus on our clients and partners care equips him with the insight to solve your IT challenges.
Head of Marketing
Kate is a seasoned marketing leader with 20+ years’ experience driving growth in technology and startup environments. She specialises in aligning Sales and Marketing to accelerate pipeline, revenue, and brand impact. Known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, she delivers marketing programmes that generate demand and drive measurable results.
With deep expertise in business development, go-to-market strategy, and CRM management, Kate has led the implementation and optimisation of HubSpot and other CRMs to enhance visibility, performance, and customer engagement.
Lead Project Manager
Michael shapes how Synyega delivers projects across ITAM, FinOps, and GreenOps. He leads cross-functional initiatives, develops project management processes, and scales the PMO to ensure structured, high-quality delivery. With experience in improving ways of working, complex customer onboarding, and methodology adoption, plus a background in channel sales and UK Managed Service Providers,
Michael brings practical insight into driving successful outcomes. His expertise in operational excellence, service transition, and cloud delivery strengthens Synyega’s capabilities and elevates project delivery.

Erin is an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) professional specialising in optimising software usage, ensuring compliance, and maximising the value of software investments. She brings deep expertise in licensing models, audit management, and vendor negotiations, helping organisations reduce risk and control costs.
Throughout her career, Erin has resolved complex licensing challenges and delivered measurable savings, leveraging modern SAM tools to track licences, monitor usage, and provide accurate, reliable reporting.
Head of FinOps, GreenOps, & Microsoft Intelligence
With more than 20 years’ experience encompassing software licensing, IT asset management, SaaS governance, FinOps, and GreenOps - Rich helps organisations derive financial, operational and environmental value from their digital investments.
Rich has delivered training courses and workshops to hundreds of organisations across multiple continents on topics including Microsoft licensing, FinOps, IT asset management and more. He regularly presents at industry events, contributes to FinOps Foundation initiatives and supports community knowledge building through original content and thought leadership.
Head of Tooling
Jacques leads automation and technology enablement across Synyega’s delivery teams, helping clients achieve sustainable, data-driven outcomes across ITAM, FinOps, and GreenOps. He focuses on embedding intelligent tooling and automation to improve transparency, governance, and long-term value.
With over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors, Jacques has delivered complex technology and tooling programmes for large, global organisations. His background includes senior roles at Anglepoint, SoftwareONE, Bytes, and the NHS, where he partnered closely with clients to modernise asset management capabilities and strengthen operating models.
Jacques combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise across platforms such as ServiceNow, Snow, and Flexera, ensuring technology enablement directly supports Synyega’s outcomes-led approach.
