Jacques Wiehahn Joins Synyega to Lead Tooling & AI Innovation
Synyega is proud to announce the appointment of Jacques Wiehahn as Head of Tooling & AI Practice, reinforcing our commitment to independent, technology-led innovation across IT Asset Management, FinOps, and GreenOps.
Jacques joins Synyega following senior roles at global organisations, including SoftwareONE and Anglepoint, where he led complex tooling, automation, and ServiceNow-based programmes for large enterprise clients. His background spans more than two decades across consultancy, managed services, and enterprise IT, with deep expertise in designing and implementing market-leading SAM and ITAM platforms at scale.
In his role at Synyega, Jacques is responsible for building and advancing a dedicated Tooling & AI Practice, focused on embedding automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven capabilities into our delivery services. His remit includes translating complex data and technology into practical, scalable solutions that improve governance, accelerate insight, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes for clients.
What makes Jacques’ appointment particularly significant is the opportunity to apply his depth of enterprise experience within Synyega’s independent, advisory-led model. Free from vendor bias, the Tooling & AI Practice will focus on selecting, optimising, and extending technology in ways that directly support client outcomes, rather than tool adoption for its own sake.
As cloud complexity, AI adoption, and cost pressures continue to accelerate, Jacques’ leadership will play a key role in ensuring Synyega remains at the forefront of innovation, helping clients move beyond reporting and into predictive, intelligent optimisation.
