The FinOps Kickstarter service is designed to help an organisation understand the FinOps Framework. This will allow you to establish how your current policies and processes may fit or be adapted to encourage robust cost management, financial governance and long-term best practices; ultimately avoiding the mistakes that many organisations make early on.
The service delivers workshops for key stakeholders from across your organisation, helping them to understand the impact FinOps can have, how it needs to be managed successfully with FinOps best practices, and their roles in that journey. This will also include workshops on the “fundamental” capabilities, which are the key pillars of focus for successful FinOps adoption. As well as this, FinOps Certified Practitioner training is included for the core team and stakeholders involved, including 2 days of training and 12 months of access to the training materials and exam.
