Dynamic SAM 3M Methodology recognised for excellence
Synyega are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the European IT & Software Excellence Awards 2021 for Best New Business Solution (introduced since February 2020) which looks for flexible responses delivering beyond customer requirements.
The European IT & Software Excellence Awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence and have been established over a decade. We have been picked as a finalist as recognition for our unique Dynamic SAM 3M methodology (MAP, MODEL, MIGRATE). We take a 3-step approach to address and analyse the ever-changing and evolving software estate to provide clarity on all costs, benefits, and risks.
We begin with aligning and understanding the teams, then create a process that works with the client. Using the structure of our 3M methodology, we can educate and inform the client on the process and where we are within that very easily.
This methodology was used recently with a UK Banking client who was able to then clearly understand their current licensing positions and the implications that the proposed designs would have on software contracts, resulting in £23.2 million of savings to the client.
